CORDOVA, Tenn. (WMC) - The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant against a second suspect accused of killing an 18-year-old in Cordova back in August.

Antwain Carrick, 18, is wanted for first-degree murder and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office.

Carrick is accused in the August 22 shooting death of Antonio Sykes Jr.

Deputies reportedly found Sykes dead inside a car parked outside businesses at the intersection of Berryhill Road and Chimneyrock Boulevard.

The first suspect, identified as Trenton Harris, 18, was captured in Georgia a week after the homicide.

Harris is also charged with first-degree murder and is currently being held at the Shelb
