OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - The annual Village Appreciation Night is set to take place at the Tioga County Fair Grounds.

On October 17th, the Owego Police Department and Benevolent Association will be hosting Village Appreciation Night at the Tioga County Fairgrounds. This annual event first started after the COVID-19 Pandemic to show appreciation to the first responders and others that ensure the safety of the community.

During the event attendees can enjoy wagon rides, prizes, face painting, a hot air balloon and food. Live music will also take place featuring the following musicians: • Musicians from the Owego Nazarene Church • Allie Torto • Two Dollar Pistol
