The law firm representing three families impacted by a fatal police chase in Priceville is voicing concerns following the decision to reinstate Officer Garry Chapman. Chapman was initially fired after leading a pursuit that resulted in a deadly crash involving suspect Archie Hale, who now faces murder charges.

The Priceville City Council unanimously voted to reinstate Chapman with a 10-day suspension and mandatory training. Attorney Will League attended the hearing on behalf of the victims and expressed the families' ongoing questions about whether proper procedures were followed during the chase.
