FLINT TOWNSHIP, MI – A 25-year-old Flint man pleaded guilty Tuesday to multiple felony assault and weapons charges in connection to two shootings, including one earlier this year that left two women critically injured.

Cameron Blakely was arrested after a March 4 shooting of two women at Clovertree Apartments off West Court Street in Flint Township. At the time, police said they responded to the double shooting and found a 33-year-old and a 31-year-old suffering from critical injuries, both of whom were then sent to a local hospital.

Blakely was originally arrested within an hour of that shooting .

According to court records, he was also tied to an April 28, 2023, shooting, though details surrounding that incident were not immediately available.
