COLUMBIA, S.C. — A stretch of warm, dry, and sunny weather continues across South Carolina , with beautiful conditions expected through midweek. Skies will stay mostly clear today, and afternoon highs should reach the upper 70s to low 80s.

It will feel comfortable with low humidity and plenty of sunshine, making for a great mid-October day. A dry cold front will move through the area tonight, bringing slightly cooler air to end the week. Overnight lows will drop into the mid-50s, with some inland spots possibly touching the upper 40s by morning.
