A teenager has been found guilty of outraging public decency by using a 'rocking horse' and a branch during a sex act in a play area. Callum Green, now 19, appeared at Teesside Magistrates' Court for trial on Wednesday, October 15, after pleading not guilty to the common law charge of outraging public decency, in a Hartlepool play area.
Green carried out the act in Burn Valley Gardens in the town on the morning of October 19, 2024. The charge reads: "You, in a public place committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely inserting parts of a "rocking horse" inside yourself whilst masturbating, then pulled a branch off a tree and penetrated yourself."
