A teenager was rushed to hospital after being stabbed at a park in Wigan on Wednesday afternoon (October 15).
Police and paramedics were called to the knife attack at Alexandra Park on Warrington Road, in Newton at around 4.17pm.
The victim, an 18-year-old male, was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries. The M.E.N understands they are not thought to be life-threatening.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident, with investigations currently ongoing.
The area was taped off throughout the afternoon as emergency services attended and began enquires into the attack.
