One of the state’s newest producers will be the host for a celebration of Pennsylvania Wine Month on Sunday, Oct. 26.

Pray Tell Wines , which sits on the border of the Olde Kensington and Fishtown neighborhoods in Philadelphia, opened this year after owner and winemaker Tom Caruso brought back a business he created in 2017 while working in Oregon.

He and assistant winemaker/director of operations Sydney Adams moved the operation 3,000 miles back to the same building, at 1615 N. Hancock St., where Caruso’s mom and grandfather started their family business more than 30 years ago.

That’s where this Rising Tides event will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. on the 26th. So far, the event will feature wines and winemakers/owners from Waltz Vineyards (Lancaster County), Wayvine (Chester County)
