It is Nytes’ first conference weekly honor of the season and her eighth in the Big 12, the most in conference history since the Goalkeeper of the Week’s inception in 2020-21.

The shutout against ASU was Nytes’ fifth of the season and gave her at least 10 wins in each of her four collegiate seasons. It was Nytes’ 24th shutout with the Buffs, which ranks second all-time, and 35th win, which ranks third.

Nytes begins the week ranked second in the Big 12 in save percentage (.868).
