FARMINGTON, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Farmington community continues to grieve after the loss of former police chief Brian Hubbard.

Hubbard was hospitalized after having health issues before his death earlier this month.

His funeral service was held over the weekend, and he was laid to rest in Perry County in central Arkansas.

Wednesday night's service at Farmington High School was a way for the community to honor and remember Hubbard, including his family.

"Brian is a wonderful man. He wanted nothing but the best for his community, for the children here in the community, the whole community as well," Hubbard's sister, Cheryll, said.

She also mentioned that Hubbard would be humbled at the number of people who gathered for him.

There are multiple ways you can give in honor of Hubbard.
