HINGHAM, Mass. —

The Hingham Police Department and Wahlburgers teamed up Wednesday night for their fifth annual Burgers Against Breast Cancer fundraiser at the celebrity burger spot's flagship location at the Hingham Shipyard.

"Who isn't affected by breast cancer? There's so many people that we know in the community," Wahlburgers co-founder Paul Wahlberg said. "For us to be able to give back and support the police and help support the work that they do is amazing for us."

"They've always been a part of the community since they opened here," Hingham police Lt. Steven Dearth said about the partnership. "Through a conversation one time, they offered saying that they do community support events, and that's how it all started."
