ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Yates County Sheriff’s Office says a kayaker went missing early Thursday morning on Canandaigua Lake in the town of Middlesex.

According to deputies, multiple agencies were involved in the search. No additional details have been released at this time.

Authorities say at this time, the search remains ongoing.
