RIVERDALE — Both parents of a 6-month-old child who had been reported as being kidnapped are now facing charges in his death.

Antonio Pearce, who had originally told police that he had been robbed and his 6-month-old son had been kidnapped is now facing malice murder and other charges in connection to his son’s death. The mother, Necolette Pratt, also faces obstructing an officer, false statements and party to the commission of a crime charges.
