BROOK PARK, Ohio – An intoxicated Berea man, 67, was arrested at about 8:30 a.m. Oct. 4 after he refused to stop yelling and cursing outside a Robert Drive home where his daughter lived.

According to the man and his daughter, the man owned the home and his daughter was renting from him. Her ex-boyfriend, who no longer lived in the house, arrived to gather his belongings.

The Berea man then arrived to perform maintenance on the house. He started arguing with the ex-boyfriend. Then the daughter retreated into the house and her ex-boyfriend into the garage.

The man continued yelling outside. He broke the side-view mirror on his daughter’s minivan. Then he sat down in his own car.
