Chilling videos captured the haunting moment Iryna Zarutska’s accused killer calmly stepped off a North Carolina train and strolled along the platform after allegedly stabbing the Ukrainian refugee to death.

Disturbing surveillance footage, obtained by The Post, shows alleged slasher Decarlos Brown casually roaming the Charlotte platform as panicked straphangers scream for help and flee the Lynx Blue Line, minutes after the 23-year-old victim was repeatedly knifed on the packed commuter train on Aug. 22.

Brown, a homeless schizophrenic career criminal, was also seen clutching a red hoodie — the same one he was wearing when he allegedly gutted Zarutska three times , including once in the neck, with a pocket knife during the unprovoked attack.
