A Darby man who allegedly crashed into a parked car while drunk driving in July was held over Friday for Common Pleas Court on all charges.

Donald Freeman, 40, is charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving and careless driving in the July 18 incident.

Certified legal intern Serena Smith called two witnesses during the preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lee C. Grimes: Darby Officer Edgar Linvill and Yeadon Officer Dalton Menasion.

Linvill said he responded to a call for an unknown incident about 1:50 a.m. and was advised en route that it was for a traffic accident.
