WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A man arrested for a crime that had the Wichita community on edge was in Sedgwick County District Court on Monday where a judge formally charged him with with a series of domestic-violence-related counts including a felony count of aggravated domestic battery, two misdemeanor counts of domestic battery and a misdemeanor count of criminal restraint.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has also placed a hold on the man, 22-year-old Daniel Espitia Guevara. He is being held without bond. Last week, the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office identified Espitia Guevara as the man caught on a doorbell camera in north Wichita grabbing a woman against her will .
