KANEOHE, Hawaii (Island News) – A teen was arrested, and later released pending investigation, after an apparent terroristic threatening incident occurred in the Kaneohe area.

According to police documents, the incident occurred on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. when a 16-year-old boy allegedly threatened his 28-year-old brother with a knife. No injuries were reported.

The details regarding what led to the incident was not provided at this time.

The 16-year-old boy was later located, positively identified, and was arrested for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree on Monday. The knife was not located.

Police released the teen pending investigation.
