(NEXSTAR/WHTM) – It may seem like Spirit Halloween has only just taken over your nearest shuttered Rite Aid and Party City locations, but some may soon become Spirit Christmas locations within weeks.

Spirit Christmas, Spirit Halloween's more joyous (yet similarly fleeting) sister retailer, is planning to open dozens of shops across the Northeast and Great Lakes regions. The official website for Spirit Christmas currently lists 30 locations across 13 states, many of which are opening in spaces formerly occupied by retailers including JoAnn Fabrics, Bed Bath & Beyond and Party City.
