At 1:22 a.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from Sunday 8 a.m. until Monday 8 a.m. for Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service says, "Snow expected Above 4500 feet. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 10 inches."
