PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Two people were arrested, accused of carjacking a running vehicle in Southeast Portland early Saturday morning, police said.
Just after 7:30 a.m., officers responded to the area of Southeast 127th and Stark Street on reports of a stolen vehicle.
Police said the owner reported two suspects had hopped into the vehicle while it was running and drove off.
Officers eventually found the vehicle near Southeast 145th and Division with no one inside.
A few minutes later, police said they found two possible suspects who were arrested, then booked into the Multnomah County Jail.
The suspects' identities and charges have not been provided at this time.
