CLEVELAND — Convicted murderer Bionca Ellis has been sentenced to the maximum penalty of life in prison without the possibility of parole for multiple charges connected to the deadly 2024 stabbing of 3-year-old Julian Wood outside a Giant Eagle in North Olmsted.
Earlier this month, a jury found Ellis, 34, guilty of all charges against her, which are listed as follows:
One count of aggravated murder
Two counts of murder
Two counts of attempted murder
Two counts of felonious assault
One count of endangering children
One count of misdemeanor theft
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge John J. Russo acknowledged the profound loss suffered by the Wood family prior to sentencing Ellis.
