SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Give yourself extra time to get where you need to be this morning!

Rain is moving in and could slow down the morning commute to work and school. Temperatures will be in the upper 50s to lower 60s at daybreak, above average for this time of the year. Temperatures won’t budge much as we progress through the day with highs in the upper 60s during the afternoon.

Light to moderate rainfall will continue to fall through the afternoon and into the evening. Most communities will receive 1-1.5 inches of rainfall, with higher amounts possible closer to the coast.

Showers could linger into Tuesday morning with lows in the mid to upper 50s. Cloud cover will be present on Tuesday with afternoon highs in the low to mid 60s.
