ANNA, Ill. (WSIL) -- A semi-truck rollover occurred on I-57 southbound near Illinois 146 late Tuesday night.

Illinois State Police Troop 10 responded to the scene at approximately 10:58 p.m. on October 28. The incident took place in the construction zone, just north of the I-57 SB Exit 30 off ramp.

ISP said the driver of the semi-truck was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance.

As of 8:57 a.m., I-57 southbound is still closed, with traffic being redirected at the I-24 split. First responders are working to clear the scene.
