A man missing since mid-June is now a suspect in a Pine Street slaying.

A 30-year-old victim, not identified by Sault Ste. Marie Police Service, was found dead at an apartment building in the 700 block of Pine Street on June 19.

Police put out an appeal for help to find Scott Devlin, 52, at about the same time. He was last seen in the 700 block of Pine Street and also in the area of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport on June 17.

Devlin is sought for second-degree murder and indignity to a human body.

He is described as about 5-foot-10 with a thin to medium build and blond hair. Devlin has tattoos of a panther. The word sinner is on one arm. The word saint is on the other.
