Well, finally, the professional meteorologists nailed the forecast. Late Tuesday, the front was ushered in by a line of thunderstorms. Overnight, the northwest winds kicked up and remained with us through Wednesday. Skies were crystal clear Wednesday with the daytime high temps in the upper 60s.
Thursday morning, we’ll see the lowest air temps in eight months. You might even need a light jacket in the morning. We might see the temperature dip into the mid-50s here on the coast. It will be much cooler north of the island.
