RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Thousands of families are choosing non-public options for educating their children in Rutherford County, including homeschooling.

"In Rutherford County, our homeschool community is large, but it is great. We have, boy, over 22 co-ops or tutorials available, and they run the gambit of everything from secular to religious, different learning styles," explained Jessica Morgan. She co-founded Rutherford County's Legacy Homeschool Resource Center alongside former RCS teacher Jennifer Burtrum.
