ROCHESTER, Minn. – An overnight traffic stop results in felony charges against a Rochester teenager.

Police say they conducted a high-risk traffic stop around 2:40 am Thursday near 55 th Street NW and the southbound ramp for Highway 52. Officers were responding to a report of disorderly conduct in northeast Rochester.

Investigators say five people, all under the age of 21, were found in the suspect vehicle, along with alcohol and a firearm without a serial number.

The driver of the vehicle, Dino Vele, 18 of Rochester, was arrested on third-degree riot, disorderly conduct, and possession of a firearm after committing a violent crime.
