HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - An Evansville man was arrested after authorities say he called 911 for non-emergencies more than 70 times since May.
According to an affidavit, Anthony Wilson, 63, called 911 numerous times to claim he was having issues such as his neighbors were hacking his security system and were being paid by the FBI to harass him. Authorities also said Wilson claimed he was going to snap and kill everyone.
It was noted in the affidavit that Wilson owned multiple firearms and that he believed two separate neighbors were causing him harm and trying to steal an SD card from his home.
Wilson was charged with unlawful use of the 911 service and booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on a $100 fine. He has since been released.
