(KIMT) -- We are going to have a cloudy, chilly, and spooky Halloween today! With northwest winds gusting up to 20 MPH at times and clouds overhead, temperatures will be stubborn in the low to mid 40s for highs. Wind chills may linger in the 30s all day.

Spotty showers will plague the region throughout Friday with the potential for a few flakes to fly during/after Trick-or-Treating time! If this does occur, it will be the third Halloween in a row with snow falling! Not everyone will see a snowflake due to the highly isolated/very low amount of flakes that are set to fall.
