A fire at a family home in Manchester in the early hours of the morning may have been caused by an 'electrical appliance fault'.
Fire crews were called to the semi-detached property in Chorlton shortly after 4.30am on Tuesday morning (November 4).
The fire, which broke out in the utility room of the property in St Brannocks Road, was eventually extinguished as dawn broke.
Crews were in attendance for around three hours with images from the scene suggesting that investigations continued later.

Photos from earlier today also show a number of household items that have been burnt out left at the front of the property.
