**Tragic Death of 14-Year-Old Sparks Inquest**
The inquest into the death of 14-year-old Logan Slater has revealed that his parents were desperately seeking help prior to his passing. Logan was reported missing for two days in October last year before his body was discovered at Beechwood Park in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
During the proceedings at Bradford Coroner's Court, Logan's father, Christopher Slater, testified about the family's struggles. He stated that they had been "crying out for support" in the lead-up to Logan's death. The court heard that the Slater family had been receiving assistance from a one-to-one support worker and a family support worker due to Logan's behaviour, which had been described as "spiralling".
The inquest, which is anticipated to last three days, aims to uncover the circumstances surrounding Logan's tragic death. The court proceedings continue as the family seeks answers and closure regarding their loss.
