BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- On a Sunday morning, Cesar Magana-Mendoza's luxury 2019 Infiniti Q50 sedan crashed into the back of another car on East Panama Lane with enough force it lifted the car onto the Infiniti's hood, according to police reports.
The other vehicle -- a 2012 Toyota Camry -- slipped off and rolled onto its roof, sliding hundreds of feet before hitting a wooden pole, leaving the roadway and coming to a rest nine rows deep in a vineyard, according to the reports which became available this week.
Azmeret Mayall, 6, was inside the Toyota and suffered serious head and internal injuries. She died the next day.
The Infiniti's driver, Cesar Magana-Mendoza, 20, showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol, according to the reports. He's facing charges including gross
