MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A woman is facing several felonies, including an attempted murder charge, for an alleged road rage incident in Shelby County last week.

On Tuesday, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged 22-year-old Chloe Blackmon with attempted second-degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment of a deadly weapon.

The sheriff’s office reports that the crime took place a week prior, on Monday, October 27. According to SCSO, deputies responded to a shooting call at 1 p.m. in the area of East Holmes Road and Riverdale Road in Southeast Shelby County.
