TROUP, Texas — Troup ISD voters denied a $22.2 million bond that seeks to build additions and make improvements at the elementary and high school campuses.
Voters considered one proposition worth roughly $22.2 million. The elementary campus projects would have costed over $6.3 million, while the high school campus was set to be worth $15.85 million.
Voters denied the bond, 54% to 46%.

Existing Kitchen Remodel - $889,700
Kitchen Storage Addition - $507,500
High School Campus - $15,850,600:
New Science Labs - $2,517,200
New CTE Complex - $5,757,000
New Gymnasium - $7,576,400
