A woman has praised a “little act of kindness” from railway staff - a day after Huntingdon station reopened following the horrific mass stabbing on a train on Saturday evening (November 1). Huntingdon Railway Station reopened on Monday (November 3).

The station had been closed since Saturday (November 1), after 10 people were injured in a mass stabbing. Since the attack, Anthony Williams, 32, of no fixed abode, has been charged with 11 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm and two counts of possessing a bladed article in a public place.
