LORDSTOWN, Ohio - Flying HIGH Inc. and Ohio Means Jobs have teamed up to host a job fair for workers who have been laid off from the Ultium Cells plant in Lordstown.
The job fair will be held Tuesday, November 18 at the library on Kent State University's Trumbull County campus from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Ten employers are expected to be at the event looking to recruit employees who may have been laid off from Ultium Cells.
Flying HIGH Executive Director Jeffrey Magada tells 21 News many of these employers will offer training centers at Flying HIGH's Professional Development Center to get new hires acclimated with the skills needed for their new jobs.
