A police cordon has been erected in Middlesbrough. Cleveland Police and the North East Ambulance Service attended the scene on Cargo Fleet Lane near Fulbeck Road.

The 999 response is reportedly due to a collision which occurred at around 6.30pm. However, this is yet to be confirmed by the authorities.

A video, provided by J.L.R Drones , shows at least five police vehicles at the scene near to a parade of shops on Wednesday, November 5. There are also multiple ambulances.

Blue and white police tape was erected across the street, preventing access to the shops and bus stop. The road closure also caused heavy traffic towards Ormesby roundabout, according to eyewitnesses.
