GANANOQUE — World figure skating legend Kurt Browning is lacing up for another spin through Gananoque this winter, and he’s bringing a world-class friend along for the ride.

For the eighth straight year, the four-time world champion will headline two days of skating fun at the Lou Jeffries Gananoque and Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands Recreation Centre, set for Jan. 29 and 30. Joining him this time is Olympic bronze medallist and world champion Jeffrey Buttle , an Ontario native known for his artistry and precision on the ice.

The event, organized with the help of the Kingston Skating Academy, invites participants of all ages to take part.
