HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- The Evansville / Vanderburgh County Emergency Management Agency have created a survey about flood insurance.
According to Evansville EMA, floodplain Administrator for Evansville and Vanderburgh County is requesting information to better understand the current state of flooding in the community as areas of floodplain maps have not been extensively studied or are 14 years outdated. Evansville EMA says a better understanding of community flooding can help the department aid in grant writing and requesting studies.
