ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM)- The gradual transition from autumn to winter in the month of November is often associated with more variable weather patterns. Throughout the month, more defined temperature differences provide ideal conditions for blustery conditions. For the second week in a row, a Wind Advisory was issued for most of New York and Pennsylvania, until Nov. 6. Agencies across New York State were also urged to take measures, providing an indication of windy conditions becoming a more common occurrence this time of year.
