MADRID, Iowa —

Another crash involving an anhydrous tank was reported Wednesday near Madrid.

This crash involved three vehicles. A farmer pulling an anhydrous tank was waiting to turn into a field when a mini-van crashed into the pick-up truck behind it.

The truck hit a wheel on the anhydrous tank. The driver of the pick-up was hospitalized.

This crash comes just a day after a chemical leak stemming from anhydrous ammonia led to a shelter-in-place in Madrid .
