Our first taste of winter comes our way this weekend. But Thursday looks decent.

It will be a more typical November day, with sunshine and highs in the upper 50s.

Friday, we have clouds in place to start the day and some showers moving through. Rain starts by the end of the morning rush and should be gone by 5-7 p.m. A stray rumble of thunder is possible, and there may be some gusty winds in the afternoon.

It should be drying out for football playoffs.
