KINGSTON — A woman from Kingston remained jailed Thursday on allegations she threatened to kill a case worker with Luzerne County Children, Youth and Family Services and police officers.
Theresa Kistner, 71, of Payne Avenue, made the threat when the case worker was assisted by officers to remove two children from her residence on Wednesday, according to court records.
The case worker had a court-order to remove the children from the residence, court records say.
When the case worker and officers went to the residence to execute the court order, court records say, Kistner was not at home but her son called her on the phone.
