Public hearing scheduled about proposal for intersection of Germanna, Constitution highways

ORANGE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Orange County residents have a chance to learn more about proposed changes to a major intersection.

The Virginia Department of Transportation will be holding a design public hearing about the intersection at Germanna Highway and Constitution Highway on Nov. 18.
