The incident involving the motorist, 19, and victim, unfolded at 18 Father Capodanno Blvd., around 2:42 p.m., said a spokeswoman for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
The dispute between the two women took a turn for the worse when the younger woman allegedly jumped into her Volkswagen Jetta and struck the 45-year-old woman, the spokeswoman said.
