The disgraced British socialite, who introduced Andrew Mountbatten Windsor to his paedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein , was moved to a minimum-security jail for non-violent offenders, in a transfer that has sparked outrage over her treatment. Maxwell, 63, is serving 20 years for aiding the American sex offender in the abuse and trafficking of minors.
