CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program should receive their full November benefits soon, Gov. Patrick Morrisey announced Thursday.

“Today or tomorrow at the latest, the SNAP benefits will flow,” Morrisey said Thursday morning.

More than 270,000 West Virginians rely on SNAP each month. Benefits were interrupted by the 41-day federal government shutdown, which formally ended Wednesday night
