SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - While the traditional Falls Park Farmer’s Market season has ended, the winter season version began on Saturday.
Vendors set up shop for the Winter Farmer’s Market at the Mosaic Events building on North Main Avenue.
Eighteen vendors who regularly attend the Summer Farmer’s Market set up shop to keep the summertime favorite going into the winter.
“The need, it feels really good for being available to our customers year-round, which has been really important. I’m hoping that it helps even with the summer market that we stay in front of our customers year-round,” said Farmer’s Market board member Nathan Van Zweden.
The Winter Farmer’s Market will continue through the colder months, with the next one being held at Mosaic on Nov. 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:0
