A body has been discovered in the search for Max Walsh, a 21-year-old Ocado worker who went missing last Thursday. The body was located near Snarestone, close to where his vehicle was found unattended. Max was last seen leaving his workplace in Dordon, Warwickshire, around 2pm on November 13. His family reported him missing when he did not return home that evening. On Friday, Leicestershire Police located his vehicle parked approximately 10 miles from Dordon. Following this, they issued an urgent appeal for information regarding Max's whereabouts, expressing deep concern for his welfare. The body was found on Saturday afternoon, not far from the vehicle. Police have cordoned off parts of the towpath along the canal and the Green Lane car park in Snarestone, with several police vehicles present at the scene. An updated statement from the police confirmed, "A body has been found in the search for missing man Max Walsh. He was last seen on Thursday afternoon when he left his place of work in Dordon, Warwickshire. "Formal identification is yet to take place, but it is believed to be Max. His family are being supported by specialist officers. The death is being treated as unexplained at this time, and a 66-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the discovery." The investigation is ongoing as authorities seek to determine the circumstances surrounding Max's death.
